Many people measure their health by how often and severely they are ill and while this makes sense it keeps us from exploring our full health potential.
Consider how we shop for produce. When we buy tomatoes, for example, most of us do not load the first ones we see without trouble spots into our basket. We pick over them carefully and choose the fullest and most vibrantly colored. That is our approach to health. We want your health to be measured by a higher standard than sick or not sick. We want your health, and therefore your life, to be full and vibrant.
